Senior Web Analytics Specialist

 

We are looking for a Senior Web Analytics Specialist to join Performics Italy to support our team by providing analysis & insights across both e-commerce and non e-commerce clients.

 

Qualifications

Technical:

  • Advanced Google Analytics Premium/Google Tag Manager/Adobe Analytics knowledge and their application across all digital channels;
  • API background and knowledge of SQL queries to pull data;
  • Ability to perform complete GA audits and deploy advanced tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager;
  • Expertise in reports development, visualizations and data interpretation;
  • Ability to perform insightful ad hoc and cross-channel analyses to support online business initiatives for both e-commerce/non e-commerce clients;
  • Inclined to develop innovative solutions for gathering, manipulating and reporting data as well as making relevant data available for consumption across the digital architecture for customer profiling & personalization;
  • Solid SEO background;
  • Good knowledge of all digital channels with at least 4 years of experience in industry and/or similar positions;
  • Professional Certification in Web Analytics highly desirable;
  • 2+ years of experience web analytical role; Google Analytics and Google DataStudio experience a must;
  • Microsoft Office Suite required;

 

Communication:

  • Proven experience in project management;
  • Ability to provide Google Analytics support for members of the team, including creating dashboards and providing trainings to both team members and clients;
  • Ability to create and manage processes, frameworks, and best practices to effectively execute web analytics projects from kickoff to completion. This include: initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and coordinating all activities while diligently working to ensure all project deliverables are on track, on time, and in scope;
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to lead regular communication with the internal and external teams and clients to enable iterative improvements to Web Analytics tracking and reporting system;
  • Ability to work quickly, able to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results;
  • Support the spirit of continuous improvement by defining new and/or augmenting existing processes across all functions;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
