SEM and Analytics Specialist 



Who we are looking for

Bidoo is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive, with a strong background in SEM (especially in SEA and Display) and Google Analytics, to work with our growing team. You will support the delivery and the management of advertising campaigns for Italy and Spain across the business, including external advertising campaigns, internal communication campaigns, digital, social and content activity. You will provide support on new business opportunities and support our growth in a new country. You will share your daily results with the Digital Marketing Manager and other managers, communicate and liaise with colleagues across the company, ensuring an ongoing exchange and sharing of knowledge and information.



  • Assist the Digital Marketing Team with the full end-to-end digital strategies across all marketing and sales channels
  • Work with all managers to drive website sales and optimize the user experience
  • Present strategy and reports to the managers/stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Provide analysis of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics
  • Lead generation across all the marketing channels, especially by Google Ads
  • Data/List management as well as data validation and marketing insights
  • Develop successful paid advertising strategies in order to accelerate growth and deliver immediate results
  • Set up and optimize paid search and paid social operations with a focus on ecommerce campaigns
  • Drive performance marketing through funneling of prospects
  • Build Lead funnel strategies, A/B Testing, Landing page optimization
  • Be responsible for the implementation and control of both new and existing processes within the team to ensure efficiency of delivery
  • Assist the team in identifying new potential opportunities



  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Digital experience across the marketing channels listed above
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, if not DO NOT APPLY
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (Dynamic Remarketing Campaigns on the Google Display Network), if not DO NOT APPLY
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads (Facebook Dynamic Products Ads Campaigns and Facebook Catalog Management, including expertise in fixing products issues)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Good experience building and executing social media campaigns
  • Excellent communications skills (both written & oral)
  • Spanish known represent a plus
  • Italian as a native language or C1 level (or equivalent)
  • Proven hands-on expertise on Google Shopping represent a plus
  • Management of meta-search engines represent a plus
  • Proven experience with Criteo represent a plus
  • Good knowledge of how the Affiliate Market works represent a strong plus (Awin, Tradetracker, Tradedoubler, etc)
