E-Commerce Specialist
MISSION
Support the evolution and deployment of the Worldwide Digital Strategy and Plans, through the development and empowerment of the digital channels.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Catalogue management (product publication, planning and executing in-store activity as on site merchandising)
- Research new E-commerce Trends & Best practice
- Define and implement customized navigation strategies
- Monitor proactively the website performance (bugs or improvements) and promptly assign the tech team
- Support local markets to ensure the website updates and performance
- Support the definition of the WW Digital Strategy applied to all communication channels
- Improve E-commerce System and Services, E-commerce guidelines and procedures
- Putting in place actions to catch and care E-commerce Customers
- Monitor E-commerce customers and analyze E-commerce sales, in order to suggest actions aimed at increasing the business
- Monitor the KPIs and create daily, weekly and monthly KPIs based reports
- Coordinate external agencies, when needed, to ensure maintenance and evolution of the sites supporting the definition of the project (costs/deadlines/activities).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Specific tools: Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Project management and planning techniques
- Communication techniques, tools and channels
- Knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- IT Applications (Office, specific tools)
