E-Commerce Expert

 

If you are up for a challenge building up a best-in-class e-commerce experience in the agribusiness space from scratch, you are in the right place. We are looking for a seasoned e-commerce expert capable to leading the company to a bright future with a heavy-traffic transactional platform.

 
 
 
Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current commercial value chain and identify the apropriate digital paths to improve productivity and to enahnce user experience
  • Define the appropriate digital tools to support our commercial efforts
  • Define together with the Corteva local team and our global E-commerce team in the US the path forward to a robust B2B2C e-commerce solution, collaborating with internal resources and external start-up in the agribusiness ecosystem
  • Generate traffic and demand to the to-be e-commerce solutions both from partners (distributors) and final customers (farmers)
  • Collaborate with entities to find flexible solutions, with common grounds, to answer to different distribution realities in the different markets
  • Collaborate the Digital communications team integrating the digital sales tool in the website infrastructure and communication plan (ex: log-on for clients, access to sales solution, dematerialized tools etc…)
  • Work alongside Data and Digital Agronomy service to jointly elaborate a unique value proposition with the synergies between the different tools / services proposed
  • E-commerce expert within the company, capable of federating European and Global services and local resources around a new strategy
  • In charge of defining tools and services to facilitate the daily life of our commercial force (Decision-aid tools, eLearning solutions, e-signature etc..)

 
 
 
Qualifications

  • MUST have a Master’s in relevant technical field
  • Experience in a heavy traffic e-commerce player
  • Knowledge and active experience in developing a digital sales channel in a B2B2C environment
  • Experience managing a sales channel and embeded in the commercial force
  • Fluent in English, any additional languages an asset
  • Technical knowledge of e-commerce solutions implementation
  • Expertise in sales enablement tools development
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • International mindset is a MUST
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Travel up to 30% is a requirement
