Digital Content Specialist


The Digital Content Specialist will be in charge of the digital catalogue content activities, in accordance with the Omnichannel strategy as well as the Company tone of voice and the overall Marketing & Communication plan.


Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the internal Product, Buying and Merchandising teams as well as Brand Protection and Marketing & Communication departments;
  • Partnering with external freelancers and agencies in charge of editing, translating and uploading all of the technical and editorial descriptions;
  • Supporting the development of copies intended for homepages, newsletters, push notifications and etailers campaigns;
  • Actively participating in new projects contents set-up (such as the opening of new online markets and/or website redesigns) also partnering with the Digital UX, eCRM and Customer Service teams.


In particular the candidate will:

  • Collect item descriptions for womens, mens and kids RTW and accessories collections;
  • Double check the descriptions ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistency of the company key messages and editorial style;
  • Assure adherence to SEO best practices in order to optimize for natural search as well as elevate the online experience, improve conversion/sales;
  • Train copywriters and translators, supporting them with brand tone of voice/style guidelines;
  • Attend all of the seasonal collection presentations and deep dive with dedicated walk-through.



We are looking for a self-motivated team member who has a strong background in digital content management and passion for luxury fashion.


The ideal candidate would encompass these points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related field;
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus;
  • 2-3 years of digital experience, familiar with key technical terms and SEO optimization;
  • Office Package advanced user;
  • Experience with Content Management System (Adobe, WordPress and others) and/or translation platforms such as, Datawords;
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, under deadline;
  • Self-starter that shows initiative and collaborative attitude, able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners.
